Power Tone is great on its own or as a supplement to your Rockin' Kickboxin' OR Traditional Karate training!!
What is it?? Power Tone is the latest in resistance training using resistance bands (available in varying resistance gauges). We have all the equipment necessary for a great strength building and toning workout!
