Tiny Tigers Karate Program

This is a wonderful program for children ages 4-6 years old. It teaches them the basic martial arts skills in a fun, exciting class emphasizing positive life skills such as confidence, self-esteem, respect, concentration and self-control. Classes are 30 minutes long and members choose 1 class per week. Your child will gain life- long benefits from our school.

 

Juniors Karate Program

This dynamic program is for 6 - 10 year olds. The skills taught in this program are designed to give the students the tools they need to succeed in life. Confidence, discipline, respect, concentration and perseverance are just a few of the character traits this program will teach. Martial Arts for Teens

Your teenager (age 11+) will have fun and get a great workout in our special classes, designed to meet the needs of this critical age. The focus is on discipline, concentration, self-confidence and self-esteem and gives the teenage student more tools to face the challenges in their life and make positive choices. Mind, Body and Spirit - Martial Arts for Adults

Adults want a fitness program that fits their lifestyle and needs. Our martial arts lessons combine fitness, flexibility, karate skills, self-defense, meditation (for stress relief) and philosophy for a well-rounded, fun and exciting program for adults. Learn the martial arts the way they were meant to be taught from adult martial arts masters. Try our new student program to find out for yourself.

 

Kobudo & Iaijutsu

There are two separate programs offered. Kobudo – traditional Okinawan weapons including the bo, sai, tonfa, kama and tekko are taught. Iaijutsu is the Japanese martial art of swordsmanship which emphasizes drawing and cutting with the samurai sword (called “katana”) in a single fluid motion. No martial arts experience is needed for either class and beginners are always welcome. Call to find out times and days.

 

Rockin’Kickboxin’ & Power-Tone.

Adults looking for a workout without the formalities of a traditional martial arts program will enjoy our fitness kickboxing and toning programs. Fitness kickboxing burns more than 800 calories an hour! Set to today’s hottest music you shed pounds and give your body and excellent cardio workout! Power-Tone is the latest in resistance training using resistance bands of varying gauges. This workout is great on its own or as a supplement to any of programs for strengthening and toning.
